Great app for work

As someone who works in the maritime industry this app is excellent for tracking vessel arrival times and locating vessels for reports at work.

Must have for shipwatchers

Great app for ship enthusiasts. Works great. Hıghly recommended

Awesome!

I can use this at my job for better preparation. Thanks!

Go to app to track vessels

This is my go to app for tracking vessels worldwide.

Tremendously useful resource!

Easy to use, lots of info about the vessels including wind conditions. More and better features!

Coverage Spotty

The interface is good, and when (or possibly where) there is coverage its great. But the coverage is spotty and sometimes updates are hours or even days behind real time. I do enjoy the animated track when the data is good.

huge time lag

most ships have 4 hour old locations. today all ships near me have 40+ hour old locations. jeeze!!!

Terrible

Doesnt work all the time every time. Very clumsy app when it does work. Not elegant.

Tremendous

The best!

Great Tool!

I use this app to see what is coming down the river. I check at home, often using the alerts for the larger vessels, jump in the car and find the ship, take pictures and enjoy! Very accurate.

MarineTraffic

This is a fantastic app I love it and use it all the time.

Once was a great app, now not so

This used to be a terrific ship tracking app. Now it is almost worthless. I can be sitting looking right at a ship and it doesnt show up on the app.....this has happened repeatedly, not an isolated incident!

Outdated vessel information

Why dont we get outdated vessels information(just like vessel position) by paying 4.90 US dollars. So please correct it as soon as possible.

Very easy and helpful

I like the app

Great tool

I work in the maritime industry. This app allows me to track my upcoming jobs

Very useful

This app has become an important quick reference tool for all seamen.

Chesapeake Bay fan

We live near Cape Henry at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. Sitting at our breakfast table, we can see the great cargo ships going by the beach, probably less than a 1/4 mile offshore. It is fascinating to pull up their names, the type of cargo they carry, the flag where they are registered, their speed, etc. I am so fascinated by the info, my wife laughs at me. What a great app!

No conversion

So we can see speed in knots, mph and kph. Distances in mile or kilometers and wind speeds even in the archaic Beauforts but you STILL cant display American made and Flagged vessel length in FEET! Are you that arrogant or just stupid?

Font too small

Great app, but the small font and icons display make it difficult to use on an iPad.

Free version is of little use

This app is difficult to use, and frequently non-functional if the ship is out of land based tracking range.
